BC Forest Safety Council
The British Columbia Forest Safety Council was created in September 2004 as a not-for-profit society dedicated to promoting forest safety in the sector. It includes all of the major forestry organizations and is fully supported by WorkSafeBC and the government of British Columbia

The Council's mission, "to eliminate all fatalities and serious injuries in the forest sector of British Columbia" is daunting and covers a variety of industry sectors. The have a wide and diverse group of stakeholders and audiences to communicate with on a regular basis and email has become an important part of their corporate communications strategy. They now run several regular mailings.

They use a number of publications; Forest Safety News, Media Alerts, Safety Bulletins, "Rumblings" the truck safe newsletter, and a number of stakeholder notices to associations and companies that fall within their communications plan.

Through their iMambo account they manage all these publications on a daily basis. Program Officer Kevin Armstrong says that their monthly "Forest Safety News" newsletter has now become the voice of the entire industry.

For Mambo's part, its good to know that we're part of the program and helping to save lives with good consistent communications. Congratulations to BC Forest Safety Council and their communications team.

Dominion Lending Centres
Dominion Lending is the fastest growing mortgage company in Canada. Head office manages an iMambo network of over 650 accounts for their brokers. Each broker has their own personal website, either provided by Dominion or one they manage themselves. This more corporate presentation is prefaced with the image of the broker that is automatically inserted by the iMambo program from the broker's personal data to personalize every presentation.

Dominion's marketing department runs a consistent weekly and monthly mailing program that flows through the broker channel. Weekly mortgage rate updates and monthly market analysis in the Dominion Newsletter keep clients informed and keeps the broker's brand in front of their clients consistently.

Dominion keeps growing and as they do they will continue to communicate with hundreds of thousands of Canadian home buyers across the country through their iMambo broker network.

Tom Lee Music
Canada's Musical Instrument Megastore. Tom Lee has an extensive order system from their website and use iMambo to track and follow up on inquires. With several different departments: pianos, drums, digital, sheet music, guitars, and the music school they get a lot of different requests.

The iquiry form identifies the customer's area of interest and directs the message to the manager of the department for follow up. Messages are time stamped and marked as new, read or replied so that management can be confident that all inauiries are being handled in a timely manner.

During peak sales periods TLM uses the email features to blast out sales messages. Having segmented lists due to the way information is gathered through inquiries they can target messages to specific area of interest.
